Aras maintains talented engineering teams to ensure fast development of our standard product lines in parallel with custom and modified designs. Our engineering staff consist of more than 10 engineers with typically more than 15 years of power supply design experience.  The close proximity of our design teams to our manufacturing facilities ensures we are able to produce prototypes quickly and cleanly, reducing time-to-market for our customers.  Upon approval of a design, we implementing quality improvements to fabricated parts, confirm the bill of materials, define quality assurance processes, design verification tests, reliability tests and perform testing or EMI and safety qualification.  

All Aras facilities are ISO9001 / 14001 Certified and meet stringent guidelines for a waste free environment. We employ a check and balance system to provide closed loop feedback to our manufacturing and engineering teams ensuring continuous process improvement.
